Tender & True Small Breed Organic Chicken Recipe for dogs is formulated to meet the nutritional levels established by the AAFCO Dog Food Nutrient Profiles for All Life Stages except for growth of large size dogs (70 lb. or more as an adult).

For Adult Dogs:

2-10 lbs.; 1/4 - 1 Cup

11-15 lbs.; 1 - 1 1/4 Cups

16-20 lbs.; 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 Cups

21-25 lbs.; 1 1/2 - 1 3/4 Cups

*Measurements are based on a standard 8 oz. measuring cup.

Recommended guidelines. Individual amounts may vary depending on animal activity and overall health and age.

  • For dogs over 30 lbs., add 1/2 cup per each additional 10 lbs. of bodyweight.
  • Feed puppies, pregnant, or lactating dogs up to twice the amount listed.
  • Grain free diets may not be suitable for all dogs. If you have any dietary concerns, please consult your veterinarian.

My Dog Wouldn't Touch It!

Unfortunately, my dog wouldn't touch it. He sniffed and sniffed and walked away twice! We even left it for him for quit a while, and it wouldn't ear it. In fact, we then put down his regular food with it, and he only ate that.

Tender and True dry dog food

She liked the food on the first day,and ended up getting sick,Something in the food upset her stomach.She is very picky.I had to give the food away.I was hoping it would have worked out for her.

Glad to have found this organic dog food! My Miniature Pinchers love it! They have very sensitive GI systems, but have amazingly tolerated this well!

Our Sweet Little Girl Loves Her Small Breed Organic Chicken Recipe Premium Dog Food

Our female AKC Champion West Highland Terrier loves her Tender & True Pet Small Breed Organic Chicken Recipe Premium Dog Food. We add filtered hot water to her dry food and cover her stainless feeding bowl with a class plate for about 12 minutes, or so, then stir and mound it up. There's usually a bit of brown broth at the bottom of her feeding bowl mounded-up dog food. She stands by patiently waiting for her food then quickly gobbles up every last morsel each and every night and literally licks the bowl clean (inside and out!!!). Her beautiful bright eyes and bright and shining silky white hair and coat are a testament to this healthy Small Breed Organic Chicken Recipe Premium Dog Food. We highly recommend Tender & True Pet food products. Your little fur babies will thrive and you will feel good knowing they are eating clean, healthy, organic, nutritious premium dog food.
