Refund policy

We work hard to source and produce the best quality ingredients and products for your pets. We fully stand behind our products, but understand that sometimes - things just don't go as planned. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, you can reach out to info@tenderandtruepet.com. We have a 14-day refund and return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a refund. 

To be eligible for a refund, you must reach out to Tender & True with sufficient information regarding the product. Refunds will be issued at our discretion and may require return of any purchased items. Products listed on the "We Made Too Much" page are heavily discounted due to excess inventory and/or shortened shelf life. Please note, any product purchase during a sale period or from the "We Made Too Much" page will be ineligible for a return or refund.

We want all pet parents and pets to be happy with their Tender & True purchases. That said, refunds will be granted for reasons the company deems fit. Images of product(s) may be requested upon contact from customers. This helps to launch internal investigations upon complaints and find resolution for pet parents.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
