Tender & True Pet Nutrition Subscription Terms & Conditions
By enrolling in the Tender & True Pet Nutrition Subscription Program, you agree to these Subscription Terms & Conditions, as well as our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
How Your Subscription Works
When you place your first Subscription order, your order will be processed immediately using the payment method you provide during checkout.
After your initial purchase, your Subscription will automatically generate a new order each month on the same calendar date as your original purchase. For example, if your first Subscription order is placed on March 15, future orders will automatically be scheduled for the 15th of each month until your Subscription is canceled.
If your scheduled processing date falls on a weekend, holiday, or on a calendar date that does not occur in a given month (such as the 29th, 30th, or 31st), your order will be processed on the nearest applicable business day or the last available calendar day of that month.
Prior to your next scheduled order, you may receive an email reminder with details about your upcoming shipment, including the products included in your Subscription, estimated pricing, and your scheduled processing date.
Managing Your Subscription
You may manage your Subscription at any time through your Tender & True account. You may:
- Cancel your Subscription
- Update your shipping address
- Update your payment method
To prevent your next monthly Subscription order from being processed, all cancellations or account changes must be completed at least seventy-two (72) hours before your next scheduled processing date.
Requests received within 72 hours of the scheduled processing date may not be completed in time to stop the upcoming order. Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
Automatic Payments
By enrolling in the Subscription Program, you authorize Tender & True Pet Nutrition to automatically charge the payment method associated with your Subscription each month for your recurring order until your Subscription is canceled.
The amount charged for each recurring order may vary due to changes in product pricing, applicable taxes, shipping charges (if applicable), or promotional offers. By maintaining an active Subscription, you authorize Tender & True Pet Nutrition to charge your selected payment method for each recurring order without requiring additional authorization prior to each shipment.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date payment information. If your payment method changes or expires, please update your account prior to your next scheduled processing date to avoid delays in your subscription shipments.
Failed Payments
If we are unable to successfully process payment for your Subscription order, we may attempt to process the payment again. If payment cannot be completed, your Subscription order may be delayed, canceled, or your Subscription may be suspended until valid payment information is provided.
Pricing & Product Availability
Subscription pricing, discounts, promotions, product availability, and shipping charges are subject to change without notice. Any pricing changes will apply to future Subscription orders and will be reflected in your upcoming order.
Tender & True Pet Nutrition reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or substitute comparable products when necessary.
Changes to the Subscription Program
Tender & True Pet Nutrition reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Subscription Program or these Subscription Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will apply prospectively and will not affect Subscription orders that have already been processed.
